JUST IN: Supreme Court Moves to INVALIDATE Trump’s Election

on

The truth about the Supreme Court…

The Supreme Court consists of the Chief Justice of the United States and such number of Associate Justices as may be fixed by Congress.

The number of Associate Justices is currently fixed at eight. Power to nominate the Justices is vested in the President of the United States and appointments are made with the advice and consent of the Senate. Article III, of the Constitution further provides that:

“[t]he Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.”

According to conservativepost,

The Supreme Court has taken a dangerous step toward allowing radical Democrats to challenge the legitimate election of an American president.

Even if the motion fails, the media will take the opportunity to damage Trump’s presidency, and set a terrible precedent for others who want to oust him.

The lawsuit was actually filed back in December by three female members of the Occupy Democrats group.

At the time, everyone brushed off the ridiculous motion that the 2016 presidential election be redone.

Trump himself refused to comment on it, because that’s not how our democracy works.

But now the Supreme Court has actually scheduled a hearing on the motion!

On March 17, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear a petition by Occupy Democrats on legally invalidating Trump’s presidency and redoing the election.

If four of the eight Supreme Court justices rule that the petition is legally sound, it will go to a full hearing and possibly to trial.

Democrats are so unhinged over Trump’s victory that they’d rather cripple the governance of our nation for years to come then give him a chance to do the job.

Trump won his election, fair and square. If these liberals are looking for a civil war, I’m ready. One way or the other, this country will be governed by righteous people. The silent majority has had enough, and the next sounds can be that of gunfire.

The Dumbo’s keep digging a deeper hole for themselves and don’t seem to learn. It’s as if they believe they are credible even though they act like 3 year olds demanding they get their way. The majority has spoken and Dumbo’s FAIL!

I agree with the comments published above and truly find it despicable that the liberals would go so far as they have. It truly shows that the dimocrats should hang up their coats and tuck their tails between their legs and go home! If they keep taking this road then the republicans should pass legislation the ban them getting a pension and expel them from office. We never acted this way when a democrat was elected president and I really cannot fathom why they are acting like such spoiled brats. Grow up and act your age is my advice to them. Kindergarten children don’t act like they are acting.

I believe Congress better look at what the majority in this country wants. We need to oust about a third of their seats in the next election. Then continue ousting until they understand they work for us and not the other way around. The Supreme Court is another one that needs a law or two changed. We the people should elect or atleast vote approval for whom the appointee is. Civil War in this country and world War over the world will be next.
