There are a couple of things to address that people have been discussing on X regarding the Kamala-Oprah event.
First, there were questions about the use of a teleprompter during the event. It seems the teleprompter only appeared at the end when Oprah was delivering her closing remarks and giving instructions on where to find more information.
According to the transcript, the lines displayed matched Oprah’s wrap-up, not Kamala’s.
This event was already a mess, with Kamala delivering confusing, incoherent responses instead of addressing straightforward questions. It felt more like a “vibe” session centered on feelings rather than actual solutions.
However, there’s another detail people were questioning on X that does seem accurate, as Nick Sorter pointed out.
If you watch any of the coverage from ABC News or even the footage posted on Harris’ YouTube channel, you can see duplicates in the Zoom audience—this despite Oprah praising the event as a great “grassroots” effort.
If you look at the ABC News video around the 2:00-minute mark, check the second and third rows from the top. In the second row from the left, there are seven people.
The same seven people appear again in the third row, starting from the middle.

Here’s another area in the room with monitors and you can see the same problem at the 40 minutes and 37 seconds mark in the video. Again there are repeats in the third row from the second row.

Perhaps Harris or Oprah would care to explain why the same people were repeated in the audience. Was there not enough participation to fill the spots? We’ll keep an eye out for any comments they make on the matter.
Here’s the thing: we already know Harris is disingenuous, and much of this is just hype. She relies on celebrity support to boost her image, which seems tone-deaf when many Americans are struggling with basic necessities like groceries.
The entire effort is designed to frame her as some kind of exciting “change agent” because the country is hungry for change.
But really, she’s shifting toward the middle, trying anything she can to get elected. She’s talking about “joy” now, even though her leadership has brought nothing but hardship.
It’s clear they’re trying to position Donald Trump as if he’s the incumbent, but we need to emphasize that she’s the one who’s been in power and is responsible for the current situation.
Tim Walz was right when he said we can’t afford another four years of this. It was Harris who cast the deciding vote on policies that worsened inflation, and she’s failed on the border issue, which was her responsibility.
Every “change” she’s been involved in has made things worse. Now she’s saying whatever it takes, but nothing she says can be trusted.
Her poor track record speaks for itself.

Harris / Walz is all pixie dust and fake amounts of people in the crowds (has to bus people into her copy cat rallies) Do we see people at a Harris rally standing/gathering for at least 2 days before like a Trump Rally? What ever Harris has to say all I have to say is “WHY DIDN’T YOU DO IT WHEN BEING VP” ? PERIOD.
