FBI whistleblowers are stepping into the spotlight, seeking justice and a fresh look at their cases under the leadership of Kash Patel. This group of whistleblowers, including Garret O’Boyle, Marcus Allen, Stephen Friend, and others, allege they faced retaliation for exposing misconduct within the bureau.
They’ve been locked in legal battles, arguing that their security clearances were unjustly removed, which impacted their careers and livelihoods. Marcus Allen, a former FBI staff operations specialist, found himself in hot water for questioning the truthfulness of Director Wray’s testimony to Congress.
This, along with his political beliefs and concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine, led to his indefinite suspension without pay. Although a settlement was reached, Allen’s legal team claims the FBI hasn’t fully honored the agreement, leaving certain issues unresolved.
Allen expressed his dismay by stating, “While I feel vindicated now in getting back my security clearance, it is sad that in the country I fought for as a Marine, the FBI was allowed to lie about my loyalty to the U.S. for two years.”
He emphasized the need for accountability to prevent similar situations for others in the future. Allen believes better oversight and changes to security clearance laws are essential to protecting whistleblowers.
Empower Oversight, led by Jason Foster, is advocating for these whistleblowers, arguing that the actions against them were retaliatory. Foster’s letter to the FBI highlighted the bureau’s practice of delaying processes and financially pressuring employees by suspending their pay.
Many agents, finding themselves in such a predicament, resign without a fair chance to challenge the situation, perpetuating a cycle of unresolved grievances.
The legal team representing these agents is pushing for a fresh review of their cases. They even suggested mediation with a neutral party if the FBI cannot resolve the issues internally. Empower Oversight expressed willingness to engage in other efforts to amicably resolve these matters.
Foster noted the importance of public scrutiny in moving the needle on these cases. “These FBI clients have waited a very long time on a system that, as of today, is still failing to keep its promises to protect whistleblowers from retaliation,” he said. The FBI, however, has remained tight-lipped, declining to comment on the ongoing situation.
In a broader context, former President Donald Trump had issued an executive order to “End the Weaponization of the Federal Government.” This effort was spearheaded by Attorney General Pam Bondi, who initiated the “Weaponization Working Group” to review enforcement activities across federal agencies. Bondi’s group aims to identify instances where political motives overshadowed genuine governmental objectives.
Bondi’s Working Group is also focusing on the retaliatory targeting and prosecution of legitimate whistleblowers. Empower Oversight, in their March letter, requested to engage with this group, hoping for a thorough review of their clients’ cases. Foster later tweeted about the group’s contact with Bondi’s team, seeing it as a positive move.
Empower Oversight provided summaries of their ten clients’ cases, urging the FBI to review them with objectivity. They stressed the importance of involving officials who have had no prior connections to these cases. This move aims to ensure impartiality and prevent past biases from influencing the outcome.
A particular case involves an unnamed FBI agent with grievances tied to work under Peter Strzok. This agent focused on China-related counterintelligence for over a decade. His case appears linked to the controversy over Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell’s interactions with Christine Fang, a Chinese national.
The situation highlights ongoing concerns about the FBI’s internal practices and their impact on those who choose to blow the whistle. The agent’s story underscores the complexities of navigating national security concerns and political entanglements. As these whistleblowers await justice, the unfolding developments continue to attract attention.

Back during Trump’s first term when all of the Russian Collusion BS and Attempted Entrapment Fiasco that led to one phony impeachment after another it was easy to pick up on the fact that Peter Strzok was a derelict nasty and evil compromised partisan operative that should have been prosecuted himself on a few occasions if the system were working properly!
As the cowboy-type law enforcing Texas Rangers would say: “Get a rope!” I mean seriously. These traitors to our country who lied, cheated, stole, spied and created fake dossiers and who knows what other vile actions they chose to perform against Trump et al (us), during his presidential run in 2015, during his first time and to include, since then, now in his second one. If We the People truly want to secure “Liberty and Freedoms” in perpetuity for our children, then we have to “purge the scourge” from within our Homeland.
Let’s us build a lasting monument if they will not volunteer to leave and forfeit their citizenship, to let those who betray their sworn oaths of office and the (temporary) authority to include unelected bureaucrats and some in the military that We the People have given them via a self-governing Constitutional Republic of, for and by the people, and paid for their well-being during and in some cases after the service, why not “The Gallows” right on the Washington, DC Mall area? Hung until death.
I do realize the cost of treated pine and all lumber for that matter is expensive right now but those who would be swinging caused this as well, so why not. Do not spare the expense, this would be a lasting monument, a reminder if you will of what happens. This would include all who attack America, “enemies both foreign and domestic”. I believe this would send a message and of course the anti-American Left would rise up and scream that this is unfair and can not be done. However it needs to be, the cancer must be stopped.
We the People would do this lawfully and carefully, not like they would have, and have done. They burn, loot, steal, rape and murder at will. It is organized. America deserves their puppet masters to swing. Just go back to 2009, and the “fundamental transformation” of America. That is what it means: A war cry if you will with organized Leftists: Occupy Wall Street, BLM, ANTIFA, Jane’s Revenge, HAMAS, Soros paid DAs, the militant LGBTQAIPB+++, The “educators” with DEI and CRT indoctrinations espousing gender mutilation starting with 5 year olds and up, etc. Now let’s look at the federal agencies: The, well Hell, all of them! The malignant cancer of the Left is in Stage 5 and we must eradicate at all costs in order to retain our Homeland as founded.
Currently, if any, the other forms of execution are hidden from view, so they (those doing the criminal activities against our Homeland do not realize the consequences and or the price of these treasonous acts). Of course, the terrorists (if American citizens) would have due process, 1st charge them, arrest them, then after the preliminary afford them a “speedy trial” (unlike what the Left does to their political opponents and American families they call enemies), Of course, present the evidence, have a trial by their peers and then once properly tried and if the verdict warrants, they can be properly hung until death right there on the Washington Mall. Between the Washington monument and the Lincoln Memorial and all of the Veteran memorials can stand as a testament of protecting our freedoms and liberties for future generations of Americans, not for Communists and terrorist murderers.
We founded this nation with blood and suffering to defeat those who had elitist views and the most powerful monarchy in the known world. Guess who is back and has taken their place? The Marxist Left and their cancer constantly attacking our rights, and “By any means necessary” they will have their way. They also claim “The end justifies the means” which is exactly their creed. They will never relent, meanwhile enjoying those protections our Bill of Rights affords them to use as a sledgehammer against us. Other terrorist types of groups have joined them and or have copied their tactics of tearing down America from within. Let them hang, and we cut the tax dollars spent keeping them housed, clothed, fed and all of their medical expenses paid for at the same time! Some DOGE action right there.
These traitors such as Stroke, Wray, Comey, Obama and lying Biden, Hillary, Schiff, Chaney, Raskin, et al. the list is almost endless for now, have severely damaged America, almost to the point of no return. If these people are not seriously dealt with, their system of hatred and retribution will have No end for those who love America. Of course I am kidding right? The end.
