Reality TV personality Kristin Cavallari was cited for speeding on a Tennessee highway after officers clocked her driving a Porsche 18 miles per hour over the posted limit, according to a citation obtained by TMZ.
The stop happened Oct. 14 as Cavallari, 39, was headed to her Uncommon James brand store in Nashville. The citation states she was traveling 88 mph in a 70 mph zone and had passed another vehicle on the highway.
A representative for Cavallari did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Page Six.
This is not the first time the “Laguna Beach” alum has run into trouble behind the wheel. In 2013, while living in Illinois with her then-husband, former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, Cavallari was pulled over for speeding and taken to the Evanston Police Station, where she posted a $150 bond. At the time she was driving on a California license; Illinois law required new residents to obtain an in-state license within 90 days of moving. Cavallari later posted on X that she still considered herself a California resident.
In 2016, she was hospitalized after another driver struck her vehicle in the Chicago area. Her representative told Page Six at the time that she was “doing fine” and would be “discharged from the hospital shortly.”
Cavallari and Cutler married in 2013 and relocated from Illinois to Tennessee in 2017 after he retired from the Chicago Bears. The couple split in 2020 and finalized a contentious divorce in 2022. Cavallari has remained in Tennessee with the couple’s three children: Camden Jack, 14, Jaxon Wyatt, 12, and Saylor James, 10.
Since her divorce, Cavallari has been linked romantically to several men, including comedian Jeff Dye in 2020, Craig Conover and Chase Rice in 2021, and country singer Morgan Wallen in 2023. She was most recently reported to have dated Utah Jazz coach Will Hardy in late 2025. Cutler, meanwhile, confirmed his engagement to Samantha Robertson in 2024 after the couple went public with their relationship the prior year.
