The Vitamin Shoppe will run its annual Black Friday promotion, called “Shoppetacular,” from November 24 to November 30, offering shoppers a Buy One, Get One 50% Off deal across the entire store.
The storewide discount applies to items ranging from energy drinks to peptide supplements, giving consumers a chance to restock health and fitness products ahead of the new year rather than waiting until January to begin shopping for them.
Among the products expected to be included in the sale is a protein bar with 20 grams of protein and no added sugar, marketed with a banana bread flavor and sold either individually or in packs of a dozen. The bars are positioned as a pre- or post-workout snack option.
Also on offer is an unflavored peptide powder called DL 185, which the company says is clinically shown to activate muscle protein synthesis and support increased muscle growth and strength. The powder additionally contains vitamin D3, which is associated with muscle repair and bone density, along with myHMB, a compound derived from the amino acid leucine that is said to reduce muscle breakdown.
A chewable probiotic supplement will also be part of the sale. It delivers 13 billion CFU across 12 probiotic strains intended to support digestive health, along with claimed immune and respiratory benefits during cold season. The tablet is Non-GMO, vegan, soy-free, and comes in a fruit punch flavor.
