Television personality Paige DeSorbo is recommending a budget-friendly Korean skin-care product to her followers, calling the Medicube 3H Drying Lotion “the best” option she’s found for treating acne.
DeSorbo, co-host of the “Giggly Squad” podcast, shared the recommendation during an Amazon Live session this week. “I just discovered this maybe three weeks ago,” she told viewers. “I love a drying lotion … it’s amazing.”
The product, priced at $18, uses ingredients including tea tree and centella to target blemishes. Users apply the liquid formula to individual spots with a cotton swab and leave it on overnight. The brand advises against shaking the bottle before use.
Beyond spot treatment, the lotion is also marketed to reduce dryness-related redness, absorb excess oil and calm irritated skin.
Sales data from Amazon show the product has moved more than 5,000 units in the past month, with customer reviews describing it as “magic” and “worth the money.” One reviewer wrote: “Medicube has done it again. This 3H drying stuff works miracles on pimples.”
DeSorbo said she is a repeat customer of the Medicube brand, also using its Zero Pore Pads, an exfoliating product that has drawn attention from other celebrities including Kyle Richards and Alix Earle. DeSorbo said she uses the pads sparingly because of sensitive skin but knows others who have gotten “insane” results.
“Truly Medicube they could sell me anything,” she said. “I’m a sucker for them.”
Medicube products have also been featured by other celebrities, including Kylie Jenner and Lady Gaga, who have worn the brand’s gel face masks, and Kim Kardashian, who has posted sponsored content for the company’s Booster Pro X2 device.
During the same Amazon Live session, DeSorbo also discussed a foundation she said sits more gently on skin than other formulas, and mentioned Aquaphor, a product she said she brings up regularly on her livestreams.
