Model and TV personality Alexa Chung has released a new 30-piece clothing collaboration with the brand Reformation, built around knitwear, outerwear and velvet pieces aimed at the fall and winter shopping season.
The collection, sold through Reformation’s website and also stocked at Nordstrom, includes a cropped collared jacket with covered buttons that has reportedly been selling quickly, a sleeveless velvet maxi dress, a ruched wrap top, a column skirt available in black and a floral print, a classic coat, and a velvet handbag.
Chung has built a public reputation since the mid-2000s as a style influence, known for combining British prep styling with vintage pieces. The new capsule leans heavily on velvet, a fabric the retailer and fashion commentators are pointing to as a defining trend for the season.
Shoppers looking for sold-out colors on Reformation’s own site may find additional stock through Nordstrom, which carries the same collaboration.
The collection was covered by Page Six Style, where Style & Shopping Director Elana Fishman highlighted the jacket, dress, wrap, skirt, coat and purse as standout pieces from the line.
