In a press release, the Arizona attorney general announced that former Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis has agreed to cooperate in the “fake elector” investigation in exchange for having charges against her dropped.
“This agreement represents a significant step forward in our case. I am grateful to Ms. Ellis for her cooperation with our investigation and prosecution,” said Attorney General Kris Mayes in the statement.
In April, the attorney general’s office revealed that it had secured indictments against 18 Republican individuals allegedly involved in a “scheme to falsely claim themselves as the true electors” and support former President Donald Trump in staying in the Oval Office in 2020.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows were among those indicted.
Ellis faced charges of nine felonies, including fraud, forgery, and conspiracy.
“As I stated when the initial charges were announced, I will not allow American democracy to be undermined – it is far too important. Today’s announcement is a win for the rule of law,” Mayes concluded.
Trump was identified as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Arizona indictment. In her April statement, Mayes accused 18 individuals of attempting to undermine voters’ rights.
“The scheme, had it succeeded, would have deprived Arizona’s voters of their right to have their votes counted for their chosen president,” Mayes wrote.
“It effectively would have made their right to vote meaningless.”
In October, Ellis admitted to a felony charge in Georgia related to the election and has been barred from practicing law in Colorado for three years.
Additionally, he has recently condemned the Republican Party for diluting its stance on abortion.
“The Republican Party platform has always advocated FOR life, not ducked the issue hiding behind federalism,” wrote Ellis. “No conservative should support this.”

Isn’t this called a Quid Pro Quo?
Why would the testimony of someone who is charged with multiple felonies be acceptable, especially when she is getting off scot-free! She obviously is a lying criminal with no moral value or integrity — word isn’t worth doo-doo squat!
Here is who Jenna Ellis is and what she thinks of MAGA supporters. Jenna Ellis has a show on AFR Radio and occasionally is a guest on other AFR programs. On April 17 she was a guest on “Today’s Issues” and near the end made an accusation against the majority of MAGA that we are “not really principled, that we don’t want morality enforced against the leftists because we don’t want to have morality enforced against us, that we want to have our sex, smoke our pot and all this other stuff and say, “Get off our lawn.”
When you don’t know who and what you stand for you fold like an empty suit no guts, grit, or backbone like a jellyfish just go where the tide takes you.
Since when is running fraudulent election moral or justice? They are running lawfare scams against the people, so they don’t get caught running illegal elections!

Jenna Ellis is a she not a he.
