Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman, a prominent figure in the Democratic Party due to his longstanding support and donations, has made a surprising decision to endorse Donald Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
As the CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management and with an estimated net worth of $4 billion, Ackman’s endorsement carries significant weight within financial and political circles.
His decision comes as a shock to many, given his historical alignment with the Democratic
Party. Ackman’s endorsement of Trump is rooted in his belief that Joe Biden’s presidency has been detrimental to the country, thus leading him to conclude that Biden must be removed from office.
This shift in allegiance has sparked intense debate and speculation about the factors influencing Ackman’s change of heart.

Hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman is leaning towards backing Donald Trump in the US election, according to a person briefed on his thinking, as some of Wall Street’s leading figures throw their weight behind the former president.
Ackman, who backed Trump’s Republican rivals, including Nikki Haley, in the party’s primary contest this year, is likely to make his endorsement on X, the Elon Musk-controlled social media platform in which he is a minority investor. Ackman has previously donated money to Democrats, including Dean Phillips, who mounted a primary challenge to President Joe Biden this year.
The person familiar with Ackman’s thinking said the billionaire did not believe alternative candidates such as Robert F Kennedy Jr, whose long-shot White House bid he had also supported, were likely to win.
Ackman has raised serious concerns about the growing prevalence of anti-semitism within the American left and played a key role in leading the effort to oust Harvard President Claudine Gay from her position.
This support follows Blackstone CEO Stephen A. Schwarzman’s announcement that he will be endorsing Trump over the Biden administration.
“The dramatic rise of antisemitism has led me to focus on the consequences of upcoming elections with greater urgency,” Schwarzman told Axios.
“I share the concern of most Americans that our economic, immigration and foreign policies are taking the country in the wrong direction. For these reasons, I am planning to vote for change and support Donald Trump for President. In addition, I will be supporting Republican Senate candidates and other Republicans up and down the ticket, he added.

I will believe it when the Republican Party or Trump, personally, has received the money. The demoncrat party is destroying America intentionally. However, if they are concerned that they can’t steal the election for sure, they will take the brain-dead and his partner and put someone else in.
