I have been on the phone with Kamala Harris 40 of the longest minutes of my life after the CA Franchise Tax Board took $1000 out of my B of A account without a court action or any legalities. Believe me, she is a “Ding-a-Ling” and I heard her insane giggles three times. Awful. I asked her to send me the letter from IRS saying I had made $10,130 more than I reported and she clamed that illegal! It is not, but the letter did not exist!
