Giuliani Defamation Case Settled, Judgment Satisfied

Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York and one of Donald Trump’s most trusted legal advisors, has successfully resolved a high-profile defamation case brought against him by two Georgia election workers. The case, which was based on Giuliani’s public statements regarding election irregularities in 2020, resulted in a $148 million judgment that had threatened to strip him of his assets.

However, with this newly reached settlement, Giuliani has secured his personal property, including his New York City cooperative, his Florida condominium, and valuable personal belongings—a major win for the embattled attorney. The agreement, reached behind closed doors, does not require Giuliani to admit any wrongdoing, reinforcing his long-standing position that his investigation into election integrity was based on legitimate concerns.

The lawsuit was filed by Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, two election workers from Fulton County, Georgia, who claimed that Giuliani’s statements about the irregularities observed during the 2020 election had caused them distress. The two women alleged that threats and harassment followed after Giuliani questioned the transparency of the election process.

Despite their claims, Giuliani and his legal team have maintained that the case was politically motivated, designed to punish him for exposing potential election fraud. Legal experts noted that the $148 million judgment—an unprecedented sum for a defamation case—was excessive and politically charged, aiming to cripple one of Trump’s most vocal defenders.

The details of the final settlement remain confidential, but what is clear is that Giuliani has retained control over his personal properties and that both sides have agreed to refrain from further legal action or public attacks. This ensures that Giuliani, despite being relentlessly pursued in the courts, has emerged without conceding liability.

In a statement, Giuliani expressed relief that the case had been resolved but noted that it should never have escalated to this level in the first place. He reiterated that his statements regarding the election were made in the pursuit of truth and transparency, rather than malice or defamation.

An additional complication in the case involved Andrew Giuliani, Rudy’s son and former political advisor, who stepped in to defend family heirlooms that were initially threatened by the lawsuit. Among the contested items were championship rings gifted to Andrew by his father, which he argued should not be included in any financial settlement.

Andrew Giuliani’s legal motion successfully preserved these sentimental family treasures, preventing them from being used as collateral in the case. This underscores the deeply personal nature of the legal battle, as it extended beyond politics into Giuliani’s private life.

Many conservatives view this case as another chapter in the political persecution of Trump’s allies. Giuliani, who famously took down the New York mafia and led the city through 9/11, has been relentlessly attacked by the media and the legal system for his role in exposing irregularities in the 2020 election.

This coordinated legal assault is seen by many as an effort to bankrupt and silence one of the strongest voices defending Trump. The case was leveraged by left-wing activists and media outlets to push a broader narrative: that questioning the integrity of the 2020 election should be met with severe financial and legal consequences.

However, Giuliani’s refusal to admit guilt or be intimidated proves that he remains a formidable fighter for truth and justice. His willingness to stand by his claims—even in the face of legal and financial ruin—demonstrates his commitment to exposing election fraud and protecting American democracy.

Despite years of legal battles, Giuliani remains a central figure in Trump’s fight against the weaponization of the justice system. His continued advocacy for election integrity, free speech, and judicial fairness makes him a key player in the upcoming 2024 election.

With this settlement now behind him, Giuliani is free to focus on rebuilding his career, supporting Trump’s re-election, and continuing his work as a legal and political strategist.

This case was never just about defamation—it was about silencing dissent and making an example of those who dare to challenge the establishment. But Giuliani’s resilience proves that he is not so easily defeated.

Now, with his assets secured and his voice unshaken, Giuliani is once again ready to take on the Deep State and fight for the future of America First principles.

About time justice, honor and integrity are rightly brought upon this travesty of a partisan fueled legal case, manufactured as a weapon against a good man and the most honorable former Mayor of NYC when it was at its finest under his leadership!

The deeply corrupted Demoncrap party under the ever so diabolically corrupted Biden/Harris administration’s Weaponized both Federal and State Judicial System, by means of a couple of wicked wenches as complainants, created a disgusting lie of a legal case against this man and shame on them all for what they have put him through; and they will pay for it by God!
God bless you and yours Mayor Rudy!

We all saw the videos. We all knew that the poll watchers were told voting over for the day, yet the Freemans continued to scan votes into the early morning hours, that alone is illegal. It should be legal and constitutional for Guliani to have his opinion that those videos sure looked like cheating, that’s called free speech.

    • Lawrence M on February 27, 2025 11:29 AM

Duane, spot-on, that is all true and under proper “Rule of Law” protocol that is exactly how it would have been seen! But the Demoncraps and Rino’s had the whole system in a tizzy of “blatant in the open corruption” and had “put themselves above the law” also “thinking they were invincible” having it all “sewn up,” and here they kicked around a very good and “Great Patriot American” for doing NOTHING wrong!

I say there still should be “extreme accountability” for all that past corruption during that election and for these evil people that did this to Rudy!

Back when he was the Mayor of NYC it was actually a very safe and enjoyable place to visit, live and work I would say as good as it ever had been even compared to the supposed “good old days” way back “in its heydays!”

I just made a comment about the witch Governor who has done nothing but destroy NYC and the State of NY!

      >Hochul is a very insane and EVIL witch that serves Satan! That should make it clear what she is doing to NY and she belongs behind bars! She never competed for that powerful potion but was installed when Cuomo had to get lost due to all of his hanky-panky catching up with him!

Back during the Covid Scam she said God told her to recruit Apostles to get the resistors to take the jab! I wrote back at the time the following.

      >God told her she needs apostles that are all jabbed and boostered to ‘get out there and tell those who didn’t get the jab to get it;’ in her words, “you know who they are so get out there and tell them to get jabbed, we love you!” Nah, I say more like we want to own you! Sounds like coercion and intimidation to me even listed in the “Nuremberg Code of Crimes Against Humanity;” very Nazi isn’t she!
This is not someone who heard from God Almighty at all, I know a few of those who actually have at times being devout servants in the Church and very saintly persons; but “the only voices she is hearing are those crazy ones in her head and the Devil himself!”<

The more and more info coming out about Ga. indicates Rudy may have a case against Ga. election boards,

    • Lawrence M on February 27, 2025 11:33 AM

Nicholas, couldn’t agree more! What a travesty of injustice those devils perpetrated against a Great Patriot and all because he was correct and “speaking truth to fact” while those corrupted to their cores, Nazi Demoncraps were “fixing and rigging an election” along with “seeking total control of America;” basically a Coup!

These judges need to be investigated for corruption and impeached and removed from the bench immediately. Nothing worse than a judge’s corruption. These corrupt judges should be investigated prison with all the other criminals.

    • Lawrence M on February 27, 2025 1:44 PM

      Sue, that is for sure!

      • Lawrence M on February 27, 2025 1:56 PM

It’s as though they “sit cloaked in power” say as in the Middle Ages when Feudal Rulers and the most powerful did; with all their “rules for thee and not for me” dictates!
Like they say, “power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

  5. CharlieSeattle on March 1, 2025 10:14 PM

Good news. Let the new patriotic DOJ take over now!
