Biden Boards Wrong Plane, Kamala Watches in Amazement

The American public has observed a concerning decline in President Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities over the past few years, which some Democrats and media figures have only recently acknowledged after his performance in the late June presidential debate.

A viral video further fueled these concerns, showing Biden apparently boarding an aircraft that was not Air Force One.

However, it was later clarified that the president intentionally entered the non-presidential jet to greet the crew and staff who had brought home three Americans released from Russian captivity as part of a multi-nation prisoner swap.

Despite this explanation, many remain worried about Biden’s deteriorating condition.

Last week, President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Joint Base Andrews to welcome three Americans who had been released from Russian custody as part of a major prisoner swap.

Biden and Harris warmly greeted the three individuals before reuniting with their families.

During the event, Biden briefly boarded the small jet from which the former prisoners had disembarked before quickly returning, prompting speculation about a moment of confusion due to his age and cognitive state.

As reported by Mediaite, a White House spokesperson and a pool reporter who witnessed the incident firsthand stated that President Biden was not confused when he boarded the small plane.

Instead, he intentionally entered the aircraft to briefly convey his appreciation to the crew and staff who had accompanied the released Americans home.

“President Biden wanted to personally thank the flight crew who brought these brave individuals home to their families,” White House spokesman Andrew Bates said.

Likewise, White House pool reporter Andrew Feinberg recalled that photos revealed that at least 10 people were on the plane and only three had come out before Biden carefully ascended the steep steps into the jet.

Feinberg explained, “I was under the wing with the press pool and it was obvious to me that POTUS was boarding to speak to the people who had helped to bring these three Americans home — the pilots and seven other passengers plus whoever took the photo — because they had remained on board while the three former prisoners enjoyed their first moments back on US soil with their loved ones.”

Nevertheless, despite the logical reasoning behind the incident, the general public’s perception of President Biden’s declining cognitive health and abilities remains largely unchanged.

According to a CBS News poll conducted in late June following his disappointing debate performance, 72% of registered voters (up from 65% in early June) expressed skepticism about Biden’s mental and cognitive capacity to fulfill his presidential duties.

This sentiment was shared by 41% of Democrats, a notable increase from the previous poll’s 29%.

Similarly, an AP-NORC poll in mid-July revealed that 70% of U.S. adults lacked confidence in Biden’s mental acuity to effectively serve as president, with only 14% expressing high levels of confidence and 15% feeling somewhat confident in his cognitive abilities.
