The word “Schadenfreude” has frequently crossed my mind as we witness the political landscape shift dramatically with the triumphant return of President Donald J. Trump.
As defined by Merriam-Webster, it refers to “enjoyment obtained from the troubles of others.” If that makes me a bad person, so be it. The left, after all, brought this upon themselves with their actions.
Take MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, for instance. Earning a staggering $25 million annually for appearing once a week, she’s now working five nights to justify her inflated salary. Her reaction to Trump’s resurgence is nothing short of dramatic, as she struggles to keep her head above water.

“Kristi Noem, the nominee for homeland security, next to Apple CEO Tim Cook. How is this happening in America?” she bemoaned. “Why are people with tons of money up on the dais with Cabinet nominees and family members?”
One might wonder if Maddow voiced similar concerns when President Biden awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to George Soros.
It’s a mystery how the last four years of the Biden-Harris administration unfolded in America, and Maddow seems to have a tough road ahead.

Tom; thanks but I at times can’t contain myself enough to hold back some harshness in my speech, but then at least I try to express with genuine heart what I see and feel with horror going on in so many locales and by so many people in a very messed up world! Maddow has an average audience of 1.4 million. I’m shocked it’s that many but out of 327miilion Americans there could be that many crazies that would watch her left wing drivel. And she’s lost 43% of her audience since President Trump was elected again.

They used to be called “Fringe;” those “strange people on the edge” of something like “insanity” or totally becoming “lost in space!” Of course then once “Bathhouse Barry the first fraud illegitimate Muslim (Islam is a political ideology and fraud representing Satan not God) potus” got in with all of his “inclusion rhetoric and divisiveness;” the “extreme replaced the norm” and the “oddballs where placed on a pedestal” which then opened a “Pandora’s Box of trickery and evils” that flooded our Nation to this point!
