A Texas rancher, Michael Vickers, joined forces with Kinney County Sheriff Brad Coe to initiate legal action against President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) due to the significant increase in illegal immigration facilitated by the Biden administration.
The lawsuit, filed by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), represents Vickers, a veterinarian and owner of a 1,000-acre ranch in Brooks County, along with Coe from Atascosa County and Kinney County.
The primary objective of the lawsuit is to seek intervention from a federal judge to halt many of the Biden administration’s border policies along the United States’ southern border with Mexico.
“By this time, it is glaringly obvious to all that the Biden administration has deliberately crashed border security in order to flood the country with as many illegal aliens as possible,” IRLI executive director Dale Wilcox stated. “This is no mere policy failure, or just a violation of statutes, but flagrant disobedience to the Constitution.”
The lawsuit asserts that the Biden regime has “knowingly adopted numerous immigration policies … that, working in concert, encourage and facilitate the entrance and release of record numbers of illegal aliens into the United States while simultaneously preventing the removal of the vast majority of aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States.”
The lawsuit specifically references the parole pipeline established by the Biden administration, which has facilitated the entry of nearly 1.2 million migrants into the US since the start of 2023.
These migrants have entered through border crossings and commercial flights.
The lawsuit stated the following:
Defendants’ non-enforcement and parole policies have caused great harm to Plaintiff Vickers’ ranch. Because of Defendants’ policies, tens of thousands of illegal aliens have been released into the interior who thereafter travel cross country across the grasslands of Plaintiff’s ranch. In so doing, aliens routinely cause thousands of dollars in damage to fences or gates as they pass through the ranch. Since early 2021, Plaintiff Vickers has incurred more than $50,000 in fence and gate damages alone. Plaintiff Vickers has also spent thousands of dollars to mitigate environmental damage.
Aliens also deposit tons of trash and litter as they traverse Plaintiffs’ ranch, which compromises food and water sources for livestock. For instance, Plaintiff Vickers has autopsied cows with their rumen (large stomach) impacted with plastic bags and trash. Cattle also escape through cut fences and gates torn down by illegal aliens.
In the lawsuit, Vickers emphasized that he and his wife own guard dogs on their ranch.
These dogs have apprehended numerous illegal aliens trespassing on their property, including members of criminal organizations such as the MS-13 gang,
Puro Tango Blast gang, Hermanos de Pistoleros Latinos gang, and the Mexican Mafia, as reported by John Binder of Breitbart News.
The lawsuit underscored the persistent presence of illegal alien intruders on their property, leading Vickers to assert that he “must constantly carry a pistol and rifle for personal safety due to the activities of criminal groups facilitating illegal migration.”
“We hope the court sees Biden’s war on the laws he is supposed to be enforcing as the constitutional offense it is, ends these policies, and grants an injunction,” Wilcox concluded.

And yet there are people who thinks these anti Americans are doing a good job, and they are stupid enough to vote for them. These people should have gone away a long time ago. I think there are plenty in office who are tire of all this BS, they need a leader to take them by the hand and tell them what has to be done.
