While the solar eclipse captivated many Americans, the FBI made a discreet release of unclassified documents related to Ashli Babbitt, the Air Force veteran who was fatally shot by a Capitol Police officer on January 6th.
On April 8th, a heavily redacted 69-page file was published by the FBI containing information about Babbitt’s death, military history, and testimonies about her character.
On page three of the file, it was written, “BABBITT is deceased, and therefore, this case is not being nominated to TSDB.”
TSDB stands for “the terrorist screening data.”
The TSDB “contains biographic and biometric identifying information (e.g., name, date of birth, photographs, iris scans, and/or fingerprints) of known and suspected terrorists.”
The FBI’s reference to the TSDB indicates that they considered Americans in the Capitol as “terrorists” rather than frustrated citizens reacting to the 2020 election process.
Surprisingly, the file did not mention Capitol Police Officer Lt. Michael Byrd but simply stated that Babbitt was “shot by police.”

Further on in the document, the FBI gives a summary of Babbitt’s personal details, including her fingerprints, DMV records, and information about her military background.
Numerous pages were censored which included “anonymous tips” submitted by unidentified individuals through the FBI’s tip line.
LOOK:

One page of the file was an interview of an individual whose name was redacted.
The individual described Babbitt as a very outgoing and loving person who loved her family and country.
In the same interview, the person stated Ashli would “never go after someone physically.”

Judicial Watch initiated a $30 million lawsuit against the U.S. government for the death of Babbitt, alleging wrongful death.

Obama wanted to destroy US. He knew Biden was declining cognitively. Obama had his cohorts installed in DOJ, White House. Obama succeeded in fulfilling his fathers dream.

But if it had been a white police Lieutenant and if she had been a black woman, it would still be circulating in the news papers!
yes …sue .. she was unarmed , her killer walks free .
Ashli Babbitt was targeted by Capitol Police officer Lt. Byrd because she was attempting to de-escalate the situation inside the Capitol Building. According to Pelosi’s plan, any peacemaker amongst the Trump supporters should be shot or clubbed and killed to silence them. This was done by Lt. Byrd, a BLM supporter and thug. He should have been up on murder charges for killing an unarmed woman who was no threat to anyone. Instead, the dems held him up as a “hero.” This miscarriage of justice is disgusting.
The alphabet soup agencies are not your friends! The government has turned into a tyranny. And you can bet the Capital police won’t be paying the 30 million for the wrong full deaths. The working poor will!
Sad day in America when protester’s die for exercising their right’s. That trigger happy cop should be charged for murder instead he’s treated like a hero. Ashli was unarmed and posed no threat. Her blood and the others that died that day are on Piglosi’s and the Washington mayor and police chief. Once Trump return’s to his rightful place as President, I hope he exposes all those responsible for what happened on Jan 6 and the whole 2020 stolen election.
What’s AMAZING was how CAREFULLY Byrd AIMED from under 7 yards away, in order to make certain it was a Clean Killshot, and so Quickly nancy the PEDO rushed to call Byrd a Hero when he was Nothing of the Sort. Murder of an Unarmed Woman, Unable to attack or defend herself, EASILY able to be pushed back thru the window IF HE HAD TRIED, but his INTENT was Evident, in the Video-His CARFUL Aim and INTENTIONAL Headshot, Violating Law Enforcement Policy, was Meant to Kill. he deserves Prosecution, not heroism!
It is still my opinion, if in America I am still allowed to have one under this tyranical administration, that Michael Byrd committed 1st degree murder and should suffer the consequences. Any Law Officer knows full well not to exceed the degree of resistance presented with deadly force unless their lives are in direct jepardy. There are many optional levels of apprehension and detainment available, depending on the circumstances, prior to reaching deadly force. For Byrd, who is a large black male, who didn’t even physically engage with Babbit, who was half his size, as she struggled tho get through a window, drew his service weapon and fired point blank into her body, is way out of the scope of authorized force. Wheather he reacted out of panic or as directed, is immaterial. Taking anyone’s life as a Law Officer does have consequences and they can be held responsible, such as what happened in Minneapolis Minnesota. She will not get justice under this administration, redactions should not be so freely used by our goverment as it just covers up their complicity and should only be available through a court system of review.
From what I have ascertained, she was helping to subdue the person who actually broke the glass along with several others. She simply made the mistake of sticking her head thru the window or door that was previously broken by that individual. She may have actually been looking for help. She was no threat, had no weapons, yet was shot and killed. I suppose if she had been black and it was a white LEO that killed her they may have looked into the case more intently.
And where are murder charges against black police lieutenant who shot her? He got promoted as reward for his criminal act. Is this how this illegitimate DoJ works?
