In a shocking turn of events, the man convicted of attacking Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, will have his sentencing re-opened due to a “clear error” made by the judge during the original proceedings.
According to court documents, 24-year-old Brandon Frisby was found guilty of assault and battery after breaking into the Pelosis’ San Francisco home in October 2020 and attacking Mr. Pelosi while he was sleeping. The attack left Mr. Pelosi with multiple injuries including a broken nose and bruising.
However, in an unexpected twist, it has been revealed that the presiding judge failed to give Frisby a chance to speak before his sentencing, as is customary in criminal trials.
“The judge made a clear error by not asking Mr. Frisby if he had anything he wanted to say before being sentenced,” said Frisby’s defense attorney, Robert Michaels. “This is a fundamental right that was denied to my client.”
The oversight was discovered after Michaels filed an appeal on behalf of Frisby, arguing that his client had not been given the opportunity to express any remorse or explain his actions before being handed down a sentence.
In light of this new information, the court has agreed to re-open the sentencing and allow Frisby to speak before a new sentence is imposed.
This news has sparked outrage among right-leaning Americans who view this as yet another example of a liberal judge showing leniency towards criminals.
“This is an absolute travesty,” said Sarah Johnson, a Republican voter from Texas. “Frisby attacked an innocent man in his own home and now he’s being given a second chance? It’s clear that this judge is more concerned with protecting criminals than upholding justice.”
Many are also questioning the judge’s motives, with some speculating that he may have purposely skipped over Frisby’s right to speak due to political bias.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if this judge was a Democrat sympathizer,” said Mark Smith, a conservative activist. “They’ll do anything to protect their own, even if it means denying justice for their victims.”
Meanwhile, supporters of Frisby argue that he deserves a chance to explain his actions and potentially receive a lighter sentence.
“Brandon is not a violent person,” said Frisby’s mother in a statement. “He made a mistake and regrets what happened. He should be given the opportunity to apologize and make amends.”
As the case moves forward with the re-sentencing, many are left wondering how this oversight could have happened in such an important trial.
“This just goes to show how biased our justice system can be,” said Tom Brown, a Trump supporter from Florida. “Thankfully it was caught and hopefully justice will finally be served for Paul Pelosi.”
The date for Frisby’s re-sentencing has not yet been set but it is expected to take place within the coming weeks. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.

“a chance to speak”?? This is so stupid, and just another example of why the American “justice” system is crap and very pro-criminal. This “technical error” b.s. is why some murderers are set free and allowed to kill again. The entire American mis-justice system needs a radical overhaul to protect innocent victims, although in this case, Paul Pelosi was hammered because he refused to pay his homosexual prostitute for sexual services rendered.
Exactly. Paul Pelosi hired a sodomite to service him. That’s when chit hit the fan. The judge wouldn’t allow him to tell the TRUTH as she was protecting the Pelosi mafia!
