We are still uncovering important details about the sequence of events that led to the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
According to Breitbart News, the latest revelation comes from the office of U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-OH).
This new information suggests that acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe may not have been completely truthful in his recent congressional testimony.
While this may not be shocking to some, it is nonetheless significant.
Rowe’s official account states that snipers were positioned in the building, overlooking the location from which Thomas Matthew Crooks, the shooter, launched his attack on Trump.
Breitbart reports:
Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe, during recent testimony, said local police snipers were positioned inside a building adjacent to the rooftop and if they had stayed at their post, they would have seen Thomas Matthew Crooks climb into his position. Others have posted video that also suggested this . . .
The new information from Grassley’s office, however, disputes this.
Breitbart continues:
According to a map provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-OH) office, local police snipers from the Beaver County Emergency Services Unit, who were assisting the Secret Service that day, were not assigned to cover the rooftop. The map has lines that show the area of their alleged responsibilities, which exclude the rooftop.
The map can be found here, along with Grassley’s request for more information from the Secret Service.
Last week, an additional crucial piece of evidence was made public.
“A local Pennsylvania police officer says he told the Secret Service to secure the building where former President Trump’s would-be assassin fired off his rifle, newly released body cam footage suggests,” Fox News reported.
The video, taken from a Butler Township police office, shows the moments following the shooter’s death at the hands of law enforcement.
Fox reported:
About 13 minutes after Crooks was taken out by a sniper, the officer walks around the side of the AGR building and fumes to another officer that the Secret Service did not have agents on the structure. “I f—ing told them they need to post the f—ing guys over here … the Secret Service,” the officer says. “I told them that f—ing Tuesday. I told them to f—ing post guys over here.” “I thought you guys were on the roof,” another police officer can be heard saying. “No, we were inside,” a different officer says.
The conversation continued in a similar fashion. It’s clear that there are still significant unanswered questions about the attempted assassination.

The “Secret Service” DEI hires ARE complicit in the HIT.
I want to know if it was the Secret Service, FBI or CIA or all three involved. You don’t make that many
“mistakes” by mistake.
Let’s see the USSS blamed the local police; failure to communicate; DEI incompetence! I say this goes beyond all these excuses– It was about “get Trump” and our Govt’ cannot be trusted!! Lets hope we find out quicker than the 50 yrs. it took for JFK?
