Pendry Hotels & Resorts, the lifestyle hospitality brand affiliated with Montage International, is expanding into branded private residences in four new locations: Nashville, Tennessee; Tampa, Florida; Mexico City; and Barbados. Each project pairs private, for-sale residences with Pendry hotel operations and services.
In Nashville, Pendry Residences Nashville is being built within Paseo South Gulch in the city’s downtown core. Designed by Post Company, the development will include 180 hotel guest rooms alongside 146 private residences ranging from one to four bedrooms. Planned amenities include a dedicated residential lobby, a private pool, a fitness center, a golf simulator, a whiskey and billiards lounge, and a top-floor “Conservatory” space with private dining, a chef’s kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Food and beverage operations are being handled by Ten Five Hospitality.
In Tampa, Pendry Residences Tampa sits along the city’s Riverwalk and will offer 190 residences ranging from one to six bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces overlooking the river, Tampa Bay and the skyline. Amenities will include waterfront restaurants and bars operated by Clique Hospitality, a speakeasy, a poolside bar and grill, a Spa Pendry location and a Paintbox Children’s Club.
Pendry’s entry into Mexico City marks the brand’s first project in Latin America. The Roma Norte development, designed by Mexican firms Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos with design studio AVROKO, will include 114 hotel guest rooms and 20 private residences. Shared spaces include a neighborhood café, a bar called Bar Pendry, a restaurant and a rooftop pool deck.
Pendry’s Caribbean debut comes in Barbados, where the brand is building an 80-room resort alongside Pendry Residences Barbados and a Pendry Yacht Club on the island’s Platinum Coast in St. Peter. The project includes 46 turnkey private residences furnished with RH furniture, linens and kitchen appliances, anchored by a 110-berth marina. Amenities will include dining venues, a Spa Pendry location, Compass Sports recreational offerings and Paintbox children’s programming. The yacht club will offer a separate membership for marina access that does not require residential ownership.
Across all four projects, residential owners are offered dedicated on-site management for maintenance, security and administrative needs, along with concierge services such as stocking homes before arrival, arranging transportation and booking reservations. Owners also receive reciprocal privileges across the wider Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Montage Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
