Philadelphia police have identified a fifth woman connected to a North Philadelphia property once owned by photographer Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, as investigators continue sifting through more than one million images seized from the home.
Authorities and family members have named Nicole Fusaro, who was 27 when she disappeared in 2018, as tied to the Olney house. Her family has been meeting with Philadelphia police detectives, according to her cousin, Jonathan Halloran-Koren, who spoke with WPVI.
“Nicole was a beautiful, kindhearted woman who deserved so much better than what happened to her. She will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends,” Halloran-Koren said.
The FBI has added agents to the investigation, which began after the June 19 arrest of Eugene Horsch, R.C.’s 44-year-old son, on suspicion of impersonating federal agents and possessing firearms with erased serial numbers. Eugene was found in a car in Center City with a woman carrying a fake ID belonging to Blair Tonzelli, a healthcare aide who disappeared from the Kensington neighborhood in February 2023 at age 35.
