President Trump Side-Steps Judge Merchan’s Gag Order After Michael Cohen Testimony

President Trump spoke to the media on Monday following Michael Cohen’s testimony in the trial involving ‘hush money’ allegations.

The convicted perjurer shared a secret recording between himself and his former client, Donald Trump, in the ‘hush payment’ case led by Alvin Bragg in New York City.

Cohen’s actions raised questions about attorney-client privilege, which he claimed did not apply to Trump.

Trump has faced allegations of making ‘hush payments’ to Daniels through his former lawyer Michael Cohen in an effort to keep her quiet and prevent the disclosure of their purported affair in the National Enquirer.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has filed 34 felony charges against Trump in connection with the Stormy Daniels ‘hush payment’ arrangement.

During his testimony on Monday, Cohen revealed that he personally funded the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels by utilizing a home equity line of credit (HELOC).

President Trump employed a clever tactic to circumvent Judge Juan Merchan’s gag order by citing quotes from other individuals and reading excerpts from press clippings.

He referenced Senator JD Vance, who expressed concerns about the threat to democracy posed by the courtroom proceedings, stating that it is unacceptable to prosecute a political opponent rather than persuading voters.

Additionally, Trump highlighted a statement from the Iowa Attorney General advocating for allowing the American people to choose the next leader of the country.

Furthermore, he proudly mentioned a New York Times poll indicating that he is currently ahead of Joe Biden in five crucial swing states.

These are nothing but frivolous lawsuits that normally would have been thrown out of court.
They know Trump will MAGA and they can’t accept it.
