Deranged leftist protesters sang “Bella Ciao,” the Antifa anthem written on Charlie Kirk’s assassin’s bullet casings during a vigil for him at New York University on Sunday night in Washington Square Park.
Another protester also sang “I WANT YOU TO F-CKIN DIE” in the face of NYU College Republican President Ryan Leonard, as he offered the demented terror-supporter a prayer for his salvation.
The NYU College Republicans posted the disturbing videos on X, formerly Twitter, calling out the protesters and their behavior.
“Protesters sung the song written on the bullet casings which killed Charlie Kirk at the vigil mourning his death tonight at NYU,” one post read. “They also threatened to kill NYU College Republican Club president Ryan Leonard. They’re not looking for peace.”
The crowd broke into “Bella Ciao,” the Italian tune whose refrain, “O bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao,” was chillingly stamped on unfired bullet casings recovered in the investigation.
In a second clip, after Leonard calmly offered a prayer and said, “We’ll pray for your salvation. You’re in a very dark place,” a man with a guitar lunged forward and screamed, “I don’t want your salvation! I want you to f-cking die!”
The protester continued ranting, “We’re not going to give you a second chance, even when you beg for it on your knees, begging and pleading.”
The clips blew up online. They racked up hundreds of thousands of views and set off fury among conservatives who blame years of toxic, left-wing rhetoric for this extremism.
Tyler Robinson, 22, has been arrested for the assassination and charged with capital murder.
Robinson allegedly left other taunting messages on the casings, including “Hey fascist, catch!”
If convicted, he could face the death penalty and be eligible to be executed by firing squad.
Vigils for Kirk have been held across the country, including in Washington, D.C., where lawmakers and activists honored his work defending conservative causes.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, “A far-left radical dressed up as Charlie Kirk’s assassin stomped on Charlie Kirk’s memorial at the TPUSA headquarters in Arizona before being tackled by a patriot.”
The protester at that event was wearing an identical outfit, down to the flag t-shirt, that the assassin was photographed wearing on the stairwell before murdering Kirk.
