The Michigan Supreme Court has allowed the far-left Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to keep Robert Kennedy on the Michigan Presidential ballot despite his request to be removed.
Similarly, the Nevada Supreme Court has invalidated the Green Party’s Jill Stein from having ballot access due to alleged use of the wrong form by her petition circulators.
The Green Party claims they used the wrong form at the direction of Democrat Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar. Dissenting judges have pointed out alleged dirty tactics by Democrats to keep Stein off the ballot.
It is claimed that when the Green Party sought ballot access in Nevada, they initially sent a correct petition to Democrat Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar but were instructed to use a different form by an employee from his office.
As a result, the Green Party lost Nevada Presidential ballot access and now faces legal action from Democrats.
This case was brought by the Nevada Democrat Party with an aim to influence left-wing Green voters in favor of Kamala Harris in a crucial swing state.
Despite not winning any primaries and starting her campaign late, Kamala Harris was substituted for Biden on ballots nationwide while Stein was denied any votes.
Democrats are also attempting to remove Stein from the ballot in Wisconsin but faced a legal setback there in August.
The court’s 5-2 ruling against the Green Party effectively nullified over 29,000 signatures submitted by them for ballot access for their candidate, Dr. Jill Stein.
The reasoning behind this decision was that although directed by the Democrat Secretary of State, the affidavit language used by Stein was deemed incorrect.
Justice Douglas Herndon, in his dissent, along with Justice Kristina Pickering, stated that the majority’s ruling “pardons a serious mistake made by the Secretary of State’s office, leading to a substantial injustice.”
As a result of the court’s decision, Nevada voters will have three choices come November: Harris-Walz for Democrats, Trump-Vance for Republicans, or Oliver-TerMaat for Libertarians.
