Just hours before his scheduled speech at the DNC Convention in Chicago, footage of a disengaged Joe Biden surfaced as he prepared to embark on two vacations.
His daughter Ashley, who he famously doted on during her upbringing, will introduce him at the event.
MSNBC captured video of Biden participating in a walkthrough at the convention, where he appeared to be conceding to those who removed him from power in favor of Kamala Harris.
However, due to his apparent cognitive decline, this task proved challenging as he seemed disoriented and disconnected.

Biden quickly took to the stage and faced a barrage of questions, including one about the DNC coup orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi that removed him from power. Biden struggled to provide coherent responses to any of these inquiries.
It seemed as though he either couldn’t comprehend the reporters’ questions or was experiencing unexplained hearing difficulties.
If this version of Joe Biden appears on stage tonight, it could spell trouble for America. The last thing anyone wants is a repeat of the disastrous debate with President Trump just two months ago.
Biden’s ongoing cognitive decline is a source of deep embarrassment and all Democratic leaders, particularly Harris, should be held responsible.
They were aware of his condition for years but kept the truth hidden from the American people until it became evident he would likely lose to Trump.
Some may argue that they should be held accountable for elder abuse as well. This especially applies to Joe’s chief handler and wife Jill.
